  13. PlutPriv is a utility which deals with ANY *.MSG base directory (4d or
  14. 2d headers are fine) to always set the private bit on all messages
  15. therein.

  17. The reason for this is that for some reason, some people/mail-processors
  18. will not set the private bit on messages.  This means that any sysop who
  19. allows BBS users access to the netmail directory, can have sensitive
  20. messages getting read by all and sundry.
